✅ Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted if:
✔ Product received is damaged, defective, or broken
✔ Product received is different from what you ordered
📏 Size Exchange
✔ If you receive the wrong size, we will arrange an easy exchange.
✔ If the size is correct but does not fit, exchange is possible for the same item (subject to availability).
❌ Customized or stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please share:
• Order Number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Product photos (if damaged or incorrect)
• 📹 Parcel opening video for quick verification
⏳ Verification
Our team may take 24–48 hours to review your request.
After verification, we will confirm the return, exchange, or refund if applicable.
📦 Return Conditions
• Item must be unused with original tags & packaging
• You must report any issue within 48 hours (2 days) after delivery
• After 48 hours, refund requests will not be accepted, only exchange may be possible
🚚 Return Shipping
If you wish to return the product, you need to send the parcel by self-courier.
📦 We recommend India Post for returns, but you may also use any reliable courier service.
💰 Refund Policy
• Refund will be processed within 2–3 days after we receive the returned parcel
• Refund will be sent to your bank account via NEFT,UPI,GOOGLE PAY ETC.
⚠️ ₹250 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount
ℹ️ Important Notes
• Please record a parcel opening video after receiving the order
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not eligible for return
• Returns will not be accepted if the product quality matches the product images
